Meridian Trust Tracing Ltd (company number 09876543) helps adults locate a Child Trust Fund account opened in their name. We are a tracing service; we do not hold, invest or transfer funds, and we are not affiliated with HMRC.

You must be aged 18 or over and submitting your own personal details. Submitting another person's identity information is not permitted and any such enquiry will be rejected and may be reported.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Incorrect details may prevent us from locating an account. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing any account information.

• Do not attempt automated, bulk or repeated submissions; the service is rate limited and protected against bots.
• Do not attempt to access records belonging to other people or to interfere with the service's security.
• We will never request passwords, banking credentials, PINs or one-time security codes — do not send them to us.

Your National Insurance number is encrypted in transit and at rest, masked after entry and never displayed in full to staff after initial processing. Staff access is role-restricted and audit logged. How we use your personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

A search does not guarantee that a Child Trust Fund account exists or that it can be located. Where an account is found, the provider's own identity and withdrawal requirements apply.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
